About the role

  • Clinical Solution Consultant responsible for supporting and optimizing Philips Hospital Patient Monitoring products. Engaging with healthcare providers to ensure effective implementations across Upstate NY.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical customer support as the clinical application knowledge expert
  • Facilitate solutions design, optimization, configuration, and delivery of Philips HPM products
  • Serve as a clinical resource to Philips HPM customers
  • Understand customer goals and develop plans to support clinical solutions implementation
  • Manage clinical aspects of an implementation including assessments and education needs
  • Apply product and clinical knowledge to troubleshoot and solve problems
  • Approximately 75% travel across the district is required

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital environment
  • Prior clinical training and adult education delivery experience is highly preferred
  • Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, OR, NICU, and/or PICU settings
  • Knowledge of Philips IntelliVue monitoring equipment and applications preferred
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree or equivalent licensure
  • Certified Technical Trainer Plus (CTT+) and/or Virtual Certified Technical Trainer Plus (VCTT+) preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
