Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the head of strategy and senior leadership to drive company-wide strategic initiatives and priorities.
- Act as project manager for high-impact, cross-functional strategic projects.
- Develop structured project plans and roadmaps aligned with the organization’s long-term strategy.
- Conduct market, competitive and internal analyses to inform strategic decision-making.
- Prepare executive-level communications, recommendations and documentation related to strategic initiatives.
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver strategic initiatives from design through implementation.
- Ensure accountability for scope, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
- Identify risks, dependencies and constraints, and proactively develop mitigation plans.
Requirements
- More than five (5) years of progressive experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, strategic planning or enterprise-level project management.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives at an organizational or executive level.
- Exposure to senior leadership environments, including interactions with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) or boards of directors.
- Experience in regulated, complex or matrixed organizations preferred (e.g., pharmaceutical, life sciences, manufacturing).
- Bilingual FR/EN: the role requires collaboration with regulatory authorities and vendors and/or clients located outside the province of Quebec.
