About the role

  • Vice President leading the Forward Impact Engineering team at Pfizer to drive innovation and deliver scalable solutions. Ensuring rapid prototyping and user-centered product development across business domains.

Responsibilities

  • Enable PGS with a digital ecosystem powered by AI
  • Define the digital innovation strategy for PGS
  • Identify high-impact opportunities for technology
  • Serve as the primary innovation lead for the PGS domain
  • Co-create product roadmaps with business leaders
  • Lead agile pod teams to turn opportunities into measurable results
  • Manage the Forward Impact Engineering and Engagement Team’s budget

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 12+ years of experience
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Experience leading successful cross-functional transformation efforts
  • Proven success implementing AI solutions through rapid prototyping
  • Demonstrated business acumen and history of performance delivery
  • Proactive problem solver with strong analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite tools
