Responsibilities
- Lead strategic direction, product management, and AI-driven innovation for Pfizer’s Targets and Mechanisms platforms and systems.

- Deliver technical services including ecosystem architecture, quality, analytics, and data management.
- Define and own the vision and strategy for digital Targets and Mechanisms Solutions capabilities.
- Launch and scale AI program(s) to embed AI into core workflows.
- Be accountable for global Digital & Technology program delivery, overseeing technology implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- 12+ years life sciences experience preferred or equivalent experience leading platforms and large-scale systems.
- 10+ years of experience in a leadership capacity with increasing scope of responsibility.
- Demonstrated ability to create and implement high impact strategic plans in a large, matrixed global organization.
- Proven success as a data-centric, innovative, business-minded technology leader.
- Coding or hands-on experience with software engineering.
- Project Management Professions (PMP) Certification preferred.
- Agile Certification preferred.
