Requirements

- Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking and relationship management
- Experience as a leader and manager, with proven capabilities in managing talent pipeline
- Comfortable with ambiguity and facilitating discussions to explore best solutions
- Demonstrated experience in effective organization and time management
