About the role
- Finance Lead overseeing financial management for Global Biopharma Manufacturing sites. Responsible for financial reporting, analysis, and site finance support with extensive industry experience required.
Responsibilities
- Provide financial leadership to the VP for Local Sites
- Develop annual Opu budgets aligned with OpU targets
- Partner with business leaders and business development teams
- Monitor and ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial results
- Maintain a proper internal control environment
- Ensure compliance and consistency to processes and procedures
- Member of GBM Local Sites Leadership Team
- Ensure sites are audit ready at all times
- Establish and promote a culture of continuous improvement
- Oversee all capital investments for Local Sites
- Development of staff at all plants
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as Finance Leader
- Manufacturing Finance experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business or finance required; Advance business degree (MBA or CPA/CA) preferred
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Above Site FP&A experience is an advantage
- Development of business cases for network and/or portfolio decisions is an advantage along with restructuring processes and reporting
- Strong understanding of financial processes and controls
- Ability to work effectively within a matrix organizational structure
- Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal / relationship management skills
- Focused on improving processes within and across PGS Finance
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to analyze and assimilate data for critical business decisions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize/manage multiple tasks and deadlines
