About the role

  • Sales representative managing telephone customer inquiries for PFEIFFER & MAY. Ensuring smooth operations while collaborating with external sales colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Independently provide telephone support and consultative advice to our customers.
  • Prepare quotations and follow them up through to closing.
  • Process incoming complaints and returns and ensure smooth handling.
  • Work transparently with field sales colleagues and actively support them.

Requirements

  • A genuine enthusiasm for sales that engages and motivates customers.
  • Empathy and a solution-oriented approach, especially when handling complaints.
  • Independent, transparent, and goal-oriented working style.
  • Ideally, initial sales experience in inside sales.
