About the role

  • Lead Engineer in Project Controls responsible for managing project schedules and performance in biomanufacturing. Collaborate with clients, vendors, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Directly develop, maintain, and update project schedules
  • Perform detailed schedule logic updates, progress status, forecasting, variance analysis, and recovery planning
  • Track installed quantities, productivity, and earned value to support accurate cost and schedule forecasting
  • Prepare and issue weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc internal and external project controls reports
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all project controls data across systems and reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Construction Management or related discipline
  • 4-7+ years of equivalent work experience in Project Controls, cGMP facility start-up, project management and/or comparable military experience
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel; Microsoft Project, Oracle Primavera P6, Smartsheet a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
