About the role
- Join Périclès Group as a Consultant MOA assisting clients in insurance project management. Engage with various teams through strategic system information developments in a hybrid role.
Responsibilities
- Work on assignments with business (Maîtrise d’ouvrage) teams or IT departments on a variety of projects such as:
- Selecting a new IT system from the call for tenders through to implementation
- Evolving information systems in response to regulatory changes or the introduction of new insurance products
- Defining the IT department roadmap
- Addressing data management issues
- Contributing to our knowledge capital (market studies, regulatory and technology watch, benchmarks, etc.)
Requirements
- Degree from an engineering school, business school, or a university Master’s degree with a specialization relevant to our lines of business.
- You have initial experience in a consulting firm operating in the insurance sector, or as an employee within an insurance group in organizational or project management roles with strong knowledge of one or more insurance business lines.
- This insurance domain expertise is our signature and therefore a prerequisite for the successful delivery of our projects and for this recruitment process.
- Generalist MOA profiles: we will not have opportunities for you.
- You have a drive for excellence and a strong client-oriented mindset; your autonomy and rigor will ensure rapid progression within our teams.
- Strong writing skills and proficiency with presentation tools are real assets.
