Responsibilities
Assist the Marketing Director in implementing effective product and marketing strategies
Develop impactful sales tools and training for distributors and sales effectiveness
Train sales teams, distributors, and support staff on new and existing products
Support sales team with product specifications and tender documentation
Lead technical sales presentations and product demonstrations
Monitor competitor activities and build a strong competitive profile
Organize compliant marketing events, webinars, and congresses
Create promotional materials with the Customer Engagement team
Report quarterly on market share and geographic expansion
Manage and update the marketing database with customer and market information
Foster strong cross-functional collaboration and proactive communication
Support special projects and ad hoc marketing activities
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences
Over 10 years of experience in diagnostics across technical, sales, or marketing roles
At least 2 years of experience in transfusion medicine (preferred)
Excellent communication, teamwork, and presentation skills
Ability to manage projects independently and deliver results with minimal guidance
