About the role
- Information Security Analyst managing digital assets protection for Peoples Bank. Assisting in daily activities, user administration, and security documentation.
Responsibilities
- Completing daily activities that protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Peoples Bank digital assets
- Daily management of incoming support tickets, user access changes, and documentation of IS team procedures
- Assist Information Security team in performing annual access reviews and updating Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery documentation
- Administer and configure systems to support security best-practice user profile updates and password resets
- Assist with audit requests and maintain documentation
- Cross train and support the IS Department
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of all processes pertaining to Information Security job duties
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Technology or Cyber Security or equivalent work experience in this field
- Previous experience or familiarity with Banking & Insurance operations desired
- Experience with scripting is a plus
- Understanding of the functional application and process flows between applications
- Knowledge of IT security principles and practices, including access control, least privilege and data protection
- Familiar with security protocols and tools (ie LDAP, Active Directory, MFA, SSO)
- Competent with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Security + or other technical certifications desired
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and effectively manage time to meet deadlines
