About the role
- Junior FP&A Analyst responsible for financial reporting and analysis at a rapidly growing FinTech company. Collaborating with teams to drive financial insights and optimize processes.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the production of monthly financial reporting (KPIs, P&L) and develop analyses for the Executive Committee and investors.
- Contribute to the budgeting process (annual budget, reforecasts, monthly financial reviews).
- Build and maintain advanced forecasting models.
- Collaborate with various teams to gather the data required to prepare forecasts.
- Act as a trusted partner to the managers in your scope (G&A), providing financial analyses and models to support decision-making.
- Participate in various analyses and business plans for investors, the Executive Committee, and other internal stakeholders to support Pennylane’s growth.
- Contribute to improving our financial processes and optimizing and automating our dashboards and analyses.
Requirements
- A first significant experience in Transaction Services, Audit, or FP&A within a Tech scale-up
- Autonomous, organized, and rigorous, with strong attention to detail while maintaining excellent summarization skills
- Comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders beyond the FP&A team
- Excellent verbal and written communication in French and English
- Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
