Architectural Sales Consultant driving sales in luxury residential and light commercial markets. Developing relationships with architects and assisting in selection of fenestration products with occasional travel.
Responsibilities
Drive sales by developing relationships with architects and designers within the luxury residential and light commercial markets.
Assist Architectural and Design Professionals with their selection of fenestration products.
Influence product specification by offering technical consultation and problem solving during the early design stages.
Work closely with the regional sales team and our distribution network to ensure timely estimating for projects.
Provide product education training to architects.
Conduct AIA Continuing Education Lunch and Learn programs in accordance with AIA/CES guidelines.
Actively participate and support industry associations such as AIA, CSI, CRAN, etc.
Occasionally act as a field representative during onsite surveys, field testing and preinstallation meetings.
Offer support and back-up to the rest of the regional sales team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training and / or experience.
Prefer five or more years of sales or industry experience within the A&D community.
Must have a valid driver’s license, registered and insured motor vehicle in compliance with state and company requirements.
CDT or CCPR is preferred.
