Requirements
- Commercial experience designing, building and supporting software within a Microsoft centric environment using C#, .NET and MSSQL
- Experience delivering bespoke solutions across multiple projects or client environments
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into clear technical solutions
- A proactive problem solver who takes ownership, identifies risks early and removes blockers
- Front-end development experience using Angular or similar frameworks, with TypeScript, HTML and CSS with understanding of responsive and accessible design principles
- Confident using Git with branching and pull request workflows
- Experience estimating work and delivering against agreed deadlines
- Familiarity with Agile ways of working and active participation in team ceremonies
- Confident use of AI assisted development tools, with the ability to critically assess and validate outputs
- Strong customer focus, organisation and time management skills
- A collaborative, self-motivated team player with a passion for quality software delivery
- Desirable: Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms; Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments; Knowledge of automated testing practices; Experience contributing to technical design or architecture discussions
