Responsibilities
- Join a close-knit team to grow Payflip's salary platform
- Collaborate with experienced engineers, PMs, and the CTO on delivering an exciting product roadmap
- Work in multiple squads that autonomously own the full lifecycle of the product, pushing it from discovery to production
- Embrace a culture of transparency and eagerness to learn, with at least 1 day per month dedicated to learning
