Work with SEO, Paid, Content, Graphic Designers, and other teams to ensure designs support growth and visibility.
Contribute to A/B testing initiatives and iterate based on the results and user behavior.
Ensure all designs comply with web accessibility standards to provide an inclusive experience for all users.
Proactively suggest new ideas and improvements that elevate the overall user experience.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Web, Graphic or Interaction Design
Experience as a UI/UX designer in the SaaS industry, preferably within fintech or payment solutions.
Knowledge: Familiarity with payment technologies and trends in the fintech space can be advantageous given payabl.'s focus on payment solutions.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX Website design work.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and other optimization tools.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS: Basic understanding of front-end technologies to effectively communicate with developers is a bonus.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to solve complex design challenges creatively while considering user needs and business objectives.
