Responsibilities

  • Respond quickly to loss calls
  • Initiate contact with customers and adjusters
  • Communicate clearly to build trust
  • Assess and scope property damage
  • Document damage using Sketch, MICA, and Xactimate
  • Secure contracts and obtain proper authorizations
  • Coordinate and supervise emergency mitigation services
  • Work with the team to return property to pre-loss condition
