Requirements
- Degree in business administration or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience
- Proven experience in developing and implementing category strategies, including requirements analysis, market monitoring and supplier portfolio management
- Excellent negotiation skills and experience in drafting and optimizing contracts
- Expertise in national and international tenders, including bid evaluation and award recommendation
- Strong understanding of TCO metrics, cost analyses and savings programs
- Familiarity with procurement risks, compliance requirements, contract law and procurement governance
- Confident stakeholder management at all levels
- Experience contributing to process optimizations and special projects in procurement
- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP MM) and eSourcing tools such as SAP Ariba
