About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead the team responsible for onboarding and verifying third parties for Absa
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements for payments
- Manage day-to-day operations and client relations
- Build relationships with Functional Leads and stakeholders
- Implement lean/sigma methodologies for process improvement
- Oversee supplier onboarding, screening, and risk assessments
- Conduct performance reviews and ensure high employee morale

- Review and analyze performance reports and implement solutions
Requirements
- 5 years of related experience in: Source-to-Pay processing
- Procurement solution support (SAP, Coupa)
- Supply chain data management
- First line customer support and enablement
- Third Party due diligence and risk management
- Relevant qualifications and certifications (i.e., Procurement (CIPS) / Logistics / Supply Chain, Technology (SAP/ Coupa) NQF level 4 and above Diploma in Risk Management/ Sourcing/ Project Management, and or Supply Chain related qualification.
