Requirements
Hands on experience of .NET Core, React, SQL and Azure.
Experience with leading industry standard practices for software development and cloud infra such as DDD, TDD and deployment patterns (blue/green).
Provide hands on technical leadership to the teams, resolve tech queries, ensure that the teams follow architectural principles/guidelines overall tech standards.
Evaluate and improve the common platform components to help accelerate the programme.
Actively participate in architectural governance forums such as centre of excellence (CoE) and technical guilds. Furthermore, ensure that decisions made are followed through within the teams.
Work collaboratively with the Group Director of Technology, Head of Technology and fellow architects to influence and steer technical leads as well as their teams towards pragmatic decisions as well as communicate team progress.
Undertake R&D, prototype new approaches, technologies, techniques and ensure knowledge sharing to streams.
