About the role
- Manager overseeing revenue management for the Global Content Licensing business across Paramount Skydance. Driving forecasting, budgeting processes, and financial analysis for business performance.
Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of the Long Range Plan, Budget, Quarterly Outlook and Monthly Financial Reviews for CL in partnership with business leaders and Finance teams, following the company’s fiscal calendar
- Establish and maintain effective financial operations including processing revenues, managing budgets and estimates by brand, and reporting variances with clear explanations
- Analyze revenue trends and advise management on risks and opportunities versus forecasts, delivering actionable insights on business performance
- Support management in the evaluation of new commercial initiatives
- Build strong partnerships to provide decision support for strategic opportunity identification
- Drive world-class financial and operating processes, focusing on productivity, effectiveness and efficiency
- Respond to ad hoc analysis, reporting and information requests as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in Accounting, Finance or a related field preferred
- CPA, CIMA or equivalent certification is a plus
- 5+ years of FP&A and/or accounting experience, including 2+ years supporting Content Licensing revenues preferred
- Strong understanding of US GAAP, IFRS or equivalent accounting frameworks
- Highly analytical with the ability to turn data into clear, insightful narratives
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with high attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying information to diverse internal audiences
- Proactive, collaborative, adaptable and quick to learn in a dynamic industry
- Customer-focused mindset with a willingness to go the extra mile for stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP and/or Longview is a plus
- Genuine interest in the media and technology landscape.
