Support and enhance test management tools and continuous integration (CI) processes to streamline validation workflows.
Maintain and improve database management and analytical tools used for test result tracking and performance analysis.
Lead the creation and ownership of comprehensive system test plans in close collaboration with automation and QA teams.
Investigate root causes of test failures and work with development teams to define and implement corrective actions.
Work closely with design, development, and quality teams to address testing requirements and provide insights for improvement.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to other team members.
Requirements
Bachelor's/master’s degree in electronic/computer science engineering.
Over 6 years of hands-on experience in test automation for communication systems.
Strong proficiency in Python programming within automated test environments.
Experienced in designing and implementing test automation frameworks.
Solid background in system testing, with a focus on cellular communication systems.
Proven experience in planning, estimating, and developing comprehensive system-level tests.
Knowledge of RF fundamentals and communication theory.
Skilled in database development and management using SQL, MongoDB, and React.
Proficient in defect tracking and knowledge management tools such as Atlassian JIRA and Confluence.
Familiarity with RF test instruments, including Spectrum Analyzers, SG, and network analyzer.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly independent, self-motivated, and adaptable team player with strong multitasking abilities.
