- Coordinate activities across multiple R&D teams, follow up on prioritization and progress, and resolve bottlenecks to ensure timely delivery.
- Establish the infrastructure for measuring R&D KPIs.
- Define and communicate indicators to drive continuous improvement across all aspects of the product lifecycle.
- Play a key role in shaping the organizational roadmap and ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
Requirements
- Program management experience in software and/or hardware development.
- Deep understanding of the product lifecycle and bug lifecycle.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work independently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working in a global, multi-site environment.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing expectations of stakeholders and executives.
- High proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira).
- Understanding of cellular network components and architecture.
- Experience working with Kubernetes-based systems.
- B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
