About the role

  • Finance Manager overseeing accounting processes and team at a fast-growing premium notebook company. Managing bookkeeping and financial statements while collaborating with external partners.

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for building, developing, and scaling accounting processes, including insourcing and optimizing the entire accounting function
  • You will lead and mentor a small accounting team in a fast-growing international environment
  • You will manage bookkeeping and account reconciliations and deliver timely, accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Local GAAP
  • You will work closely with tax advisors, auditors, and other external partners
  • You will support the competitive selection process for a new ERP system and take full project ownership for its implementation and rollout
  • You will drive process improvements and cost-management initiatives across the accounting function

Requirements

  • You have completed commercial training or hold a degree with a focus on accounting/finance, or have an equivalent qualification
  • You have several years of professional experience in accounting, ideally including leadership experience
  • You have strong knowledge of Austrian accounting standards and international accounting principles, including tax implications
  • You have experience with ERP systems, ideally including implementation or migration projects
  • You have a structured, solution-oriented, and ownership-driven mindset, with excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for leading a team in a dynamic environment
