About the role
- PR & Influence intern supporting the Communications team focusing on influencer marketing at Pandora. Involves organizing events, managing product stock, and preparing reports while based in Madrid.
Responsibilities
- Support and help the Communications team to deliver all activities and projects
- Help to track the agency’s performance
- Research of influencers profiles for the brand´s campaigns
- In charge of the product stock and orders of the PR department as well as the returns to our warehouse
- In charge of the mailings of the PR department
- Archive and administer publications and key information
- Support in the organization and execution of events
- Prepare weekly newsletter for internal use
- Collating monthly reports for internal teams
- Manage the influencer marketing tool to track brand campaigns
- Manage the media library
