About the role

• Reporting and Analytics Analyst responsible for data exploration and ad hoc reporting at Equinix. Collaborating with clients and auditing data for accuracy in a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

• Explores data within one to two files to determine trends and relationships between variables
• Creates basic ad hoc report requests, using insights from data exploration to prepare basic visualizations and PowerPoint reports for clients requesting the data
• Reaches out to client to clarify requests and debriefs with client to explain data insights and confirm report
• Requests accounts for new joiners and trains them on analytics tools
• Contributes to periodic audits of data within business systems/platforms
• Performs follow-up checks to ensure data quality and accuracy
• Downloads required data and creates pre-defined reports as per defined schedule
• Delivers reports to stakeholder group and answers questions pertaining to the report

Requirements

• 1+ years related experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Data Science, or relevant engineering discipline preferred
