FP&A Manager driving financial planning and analysis at Equinix. Responsible for forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and business partnering.
Responsibilities
Support quarterly guidance, annual budget, and long-term modelling processes in collaboration with the Senior Manager of Global Revenue Consolidation & Reporting.
Consolidate global revenue forecasts and results, incorporating commentary from regional teams and xScale FP&A.
Track and report progress throughout planning cycles.
Drive executive-level reporting and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Deliver monthly and quarterly flux and flash reporting to Corporate FP&A and CRT leadership.
Conduct ad-hoc analyses to provide timely, actionable insights for business reviews and strategic initiatives.
Build strong partnerships with business leaders to gather inputs, communicate results & ranges, resolve issues, and enhance processes.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and data integrity.
Champion best practices in financial modelling and reporting.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
Proven years of experience in FP&A or commercial finance within a multinational or tech-driven environment.
Proven expertise in management reporting, planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Advanced financial modelling skills; proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems (Oracle, Hyperion).
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a bias for execution.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Agile mindset with a high say-do ratio, creative thinking, and results orientation.
Ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Organized, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity and change.
