Responsibilities

Requirements
BA or BS in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Design, or equivalent work experience
Critical thinker who takes initiative
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work with many personality types
Intermediate level of experience utilizing Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator) and an understanding of visual hierarchy
Analytical with proven ability to conduct data analysis that drives decisions and supports data storytelling
Project and/or process management experience
Experience in change management, or related, enterprise-wide
Experience in utility industry, including multiple functional areas
