Responsibilities
- Designs, develops, modifies, configures, debugs and evaluates application programs for functional business areas.
- Analyzes existing applications and systems and formulates logic for new systems.
- Devises logic procedures, logical database design, performs coding and tests/debugs programs.
- Consults with business analysts and architects to understand, anticipate, and meet current and future business needs.
- Modifies and configures applications/systems as specified in the requirements and/or technical design document.
- Prepares and obtains approval of system and development documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
- 10 years job-related experience
- Experience with programming languages
- Leadership experience, development teams
- Masters Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience (Desired)
- 5+ years experience in Application support operations lead role (Desired)
- 5+ years’ experience with ArcMap, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise products (Desired)
- Experience with ESRI Utility network data model (Desired)
- Experience with programming languages - Python, C#, Java Script, PL Sql (Desired)
- Expert with AWS Cloud technologies (Desired)
- Experience with Scaled agile methodologies, Dev Sec Ops standards (Desired)
