About the role
- Developer for AI products enhancing technical solutions and transitioning concepts into functioning products. Collaborating with UX, strategy, and data science teams to foster innovation.
Responsibilities
- Implement our UI designs as front-end interfaces and integrate them with existing workflows (e.g. n8n)
- Support colleagues in the technical realization of prototypes and concepts — from code reviews to production readiness
- Develop and optimize backend logic for AI-powered products and services
- Establish development workflows and deployment processes suited to an agency environment
- Evaluate new AI tools and technologies and integrate them into our product landscape
- As our first developer, you will shape our technical standards and collaborate with experts from UX, strategy, and data science — acting as a technical sparring partner on equal footing
Requirements
- Knowledge of political decision-making processes, relevant regulations, and legislation
- Enjoy getting things running pragmatically — while also spotting patterns we can productize
- Experience in frontend development (React, Vue or similar) and a solid understanding of backend systems
- Confident handling of APIs, databases, and workflow/automation tools
- Experience with, or a strong interest in, AI technologies and LLM-based applications
- Ability to critically evaluate rapid prototypes and translate them into clean, maintainable code
- Enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration — you can speak both the language of technology and of creatives
