Work closely with the art, design, and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of 3D assets into the game or project.
Implement best practices for asset optimization to ensure optimal performance in real-time environments, particularly in Unreal Engine or equivalent tech.
Address and resolve artistic challenges and technical issues related to 3D asset creation and integration.
Maintain thorough documentation of workflows, processes, and techniques for future reference.

Requirements
Proven experience as a 3D Generalist with a portfolio showcasing proficiency in creating environments, weapons, and characters.
Strong skills in 3D modeling, texturing, and shading using industry-standard software (e.g., Maya, 3ds Max, ZBrush, Substance Painter).
Extensive experience working with Unreal Engine or similar tech, and a solid understanding of its capabilities and workflows.
Solid understanding of PBR (Physically Based Rendering) principles and their application in game development.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving project requirements.
