- Facilitate communication between technical teams, suppliers, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and report on project progress, KPIs, and post-implementation outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies and tools.
- Own IT service delivery for assigned manufacturing sites, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on IT application deployments.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of IT professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Understanding of IT systems, non-ERP applications, and enterprise software (e.g., SAP).
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project environments.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and data privacy regulations.
