Responsibilities

  • Drive improvements in safety, quality, cost, and environmental performance
  • Identify opportunities, lead impactful analyses, and implement sustainable solutions

  • Mentor others in data interpretation and process understanding
  • Initiate evaluations of process and asset performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, data analytics, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience, or 3+ years of experience in the glass industry
  • Experience working and managing relationships with partners to drive positive outcomes
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and confidently across all levels of the organization
  • Strong track record in influencing cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and inspire trust with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to travel domestically or internationally as required, up to 20%
