About the role
- Specialized analyst managing corporate restaurant services for Colliers. Overseeing contracts, suppliers, and quality monitoring in São Paulo, Brazil.
Responsibilities
- Specialized technical role responsible for managing the foodservice operations of assigned units
- Monitoring and oversight of foodservice contracts, ensuring compliance with SLAs, sanitary requirements, technical standards and contractual obligations
- Technical liaison with food suppliers to align operations, address deviations and drive corrective action plans
- Support to local teams and Facilities analysts, ensuring standardization, technical guidance and continuous process improvement
- Monitoring of indicators such as service quality, food safety, volume served and user/customer satisfaction
- Support for operational contingencies related to food services, ensuring continuity of service
- Assistance with budget control, monthly measurements and validation of foodservice billing
- Preparation of management reports, technical analyses and KPIs to support leadership decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Nutrition or related fields
- Postgraduate degree/MBA in Operations Management or Facilities is a plus
- Proven experience in Facilities and Foodservice management
- Experience with governance of large-scale contracts and budget management
- Proficiency with management tools: SAP, Power BI, Ariba, Jira
