About the role

• Intern Project Manager at OVRSEA developing and commercializing OneChain software for transport solutions. Supporting customer success, project management, and strategic initiatives with a focus on client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the satisfaction of our customers and their partners:
• Collect and qualify user feedback to pass on to the Product and Tech teams.
• Analyze user interactions with the product to identify opportunities for product improvement and process automation.
• Define deployment roadmaps for OneChain at our customers:
• Onboard our customers and their partners to the platform (project scoping, stakeholder training, etc.).
• Manage our customer portfolio with Ludovic’s support (organizing follow-up meetings, presenting ROI cases to customers, etc.).
• Define, monitor and analyze our KPIs (usage, satisfaction, retention)
• Implement concrete action plans to improve the user experience (customers and stakeholders)
• Ensure the quality of information (transport-related data, documents, etc.) shared on OneChain by leading generative AI projects (automatic document reading, spreadsheet automation, etc.)

Requirements

• You are seeking a 6-month end-of-study or gap-year internship starting in March 2026 (business school, engineering school, or university).
• You are eager to learn across varied topics and ready to rapidly build new skills.
• You combine an analytical and operational approach: you can analyze data while enjoying fieldwork and executing concrete tasks.
• You have strong interpersonal skills: you enjoy working in a team and interacting with multiple stakeholders, both internally and with clients. You communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
