About the role
- Finance Manager working with the CFO to establish scalable accounting and controlling. Leading financial processes and implementing efficient finance operations in a startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Du baust gemeinsam mit dem CFO ein skalierbares Rechnungswesen und ein belastbares Controlling auf
- Du etablierst HGB-Abschlüsse und Controlling-Standards
- modernisierst Kernprozesse (Purchase-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Reisekosten)
- führst die passende Tool-/ERP-Landschaft ein, inklusive Datenmigration, Reporting-Setups und Enablement der Fachbereiche
- Mit vorausschauendem Liquiditäts- und Budgetmanagement schaffst du Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Wachstum, Fördermittel & Finanzierungsrunden
- Monats-/Quartals-/Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB, IFRS-Readiness; enge Abstimmung mit Steuerberatung/WP
- Controlling & Planung: Kostenstellen/-träger, Budgetierung, Forecasts, Szenarien, Cash- & Liquiditätsplanung (Runway)
- Finance-Prozesse: P2P, O2C, Reisekosten, Freigaben standardisieren, dokumentieren, automatisieren (Workflow, Schnittstellen)
- Auswahl/ Einführung (z. B. DATEV/ERP, Konsolidierung, BI), Datenmigration, KPI-Dashboards, Unit Economics, Projekt-/ Kundenprofitabilität, Pricing-Analysen
- Fördermittel-Reporting, Capex/Opex-Modelle, Datenraum & Investor-Reporting für Finanzierungsrunden; Business-Partner der Bereiche bei Invest- und Make/Buy-Entscheidungen
Requirements
- Studium BWL/Finance/Controlling oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit relevanter Zusatzqualifikation
- Mehrjährige Praxis im Rechnungswesen und/oder Controlling, idealerweise aus Startup/Scale-up-Strukturen selbst aufgebaut
- Sehr starke Excel-Skills (Modelle, Forecasts, KPI-Sets)
- Tool-Erfahrung: ERP/Accounting (z. B. DATEV, SAP, NetSuite, Odoo), Konsolidierung/Planung (z. B. LucaNet), BI (z. B. PowerBI/Looker/Tableau)
- Accounting-Know-how: HGB sicher, IFRS von Vorteil; GoBD/ICS-Mindset
- Arbeitsweise: hands-on, pragmatisch, strukturiert, kommunikationsstark
- Sprache: Deutsch C1, Englisch B2
