About the role

  • Commercial Controller role supporting sales and management with data-driven strategies in Germany. Focus on P&L analysis, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted sparring partner for Sales and Management
  • Provide support for account planning, target tracking, and the development of actionable recommendations
  • Analyze and evaluate customer-specific P&L elements, including revenue, cost, price, volume, and mix analyses
  • Prepare insightful reports, dashboards (e.g., Power BI), and ad-hoc analyses
  • Actively shape cross-functional processes in close collaboration with our specialist departments
  • Develop and maintain a new bonus/incentive system

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • At least four years of relevant experience as a Controller
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (including Power Query), Power BI, Business Central, and Salesforce
  • Confident handling of databases and ERP systems
  • Strong communication skills in German and English
  • Ability to understand complex data and present it in a customer-oriented manner
