Responsibilities
Diseñar, implementar y mejorar procesos operativos que aseguren eficiencia, calidad y escalabilidad.
Supervisar la ejecución de operaciones en los tres mercados, asegurando consistencia y cumplimiento de estándares dentro de las áreas de Delivery y Customer Experience.
Colaborar con el área de Growth de los tres mercados para garantizar la correcta ejecución de estrategias comerciales.
Monitorear métricas de eficiencia operativa y reportar avances al COO.
Liderar proyectos de mejora continua, automatización y optimización de recursos.
Coordinar con RevOps y BI para alinear operaciones con data y resultados de negocio.
Requirements
+7 años de experiencia en roles de operaciones, preferiblemente en tecnología, fintech o healthcare.
Experiencia regional o en la gestión de múltiples mercados.
Orientación a procesos y métricas, con capacidad analítica y resolución de problemas.
Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo y coordinación de equipos.
Español e inglés indispensables; portugués deseable.
