Responsibilities

- Stabilisierungsphase: In herausfordernden Situationen entwerfen Sie Konzepte und Strukturen, die auf die Stabilisierung des Unternehmens abzielen.
- Anschlussfinanzierung: Nach erfolgreichem Abschluss der Sanierung entwickeln Sie die optimale Anschlussfinanzierung und setzen diese in Zusammenarbeit mit produktübergreifenden Deal-Teams um.
Requirements
- Mindestens 10 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung, davon mindestens 5 Jahre in der Strukturierung komplexer Kreditfinanzierungen (insbesondere Akquisitionsfinanzierung und/oder Restrukturierung).
- Umfassende Kenntnisse in Konsortialkrediten sowie ein fundiertes Verständnis weiterer Finanzierungsformen, darunter Schuldscheine, Anleihen, High-Yield-Bonds, Term Loan B, Unitranche, HoldCo PIK, Mezzanine, Wandelanleihen, Kapitalerhöhungen, Leasing, ABS/Factoring, Borrowing Base sowie M&A-Prozesse.
- Fundiertes Fachwissen in der Jahresabschlussanalyse, im Financial Modelling und in der Berechnung von Finanzkennzahlen.
- Zudem haben Sie Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Ratings nach den Methodologien von Standard & Poor’s und Moody’s.
- Nachgewiesene Kompetenz in der Erstellung und Verhandlung relevanter Verträge, insbesondere Konsortialkredite, Sanierungs- und Sicherheitenpool-Vereinbarungen.
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement von Akquisitions-, Sub-Investment-Grade- und Restrukturierungsfinanzierungen.
