Responsibilities
Point person for managing and operationalizing Operative’s data privacy program, including responding to data subject requests and implementing and maintaining Operative’s data map and managing ongoing privacy and compliance obligations and applicable assessments such as DPIAs and PIA(s).
Lead the drafting and updating of Operative’s compliance policies including privacy and data retention policies.
Assist on compliance matters, including coordinating responsibilities with departments across Operative.
Manage drafting, reviewing and negotiating vendor agreements and related internal approval processes, including managing intake and purchase order approvals in collaboration with Procurement.
Assist with collections disputes, including those related to customer bankruptcy.
Support commercial sales business of Operative, with a focus on SaaS, on-premises software transformation and managed services
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of technology agreements – primarily SaaS subscription agreements and software licenses; and related SOWs and schedules as well as data processing agreements.
Proactively working with internal clients (e.g., sales, engineering, support) to get feedback on agreements, improve and scale all aspects of the sales contract negotiation process.
Directly supporting requests from the sales and finance organizations related to RFPs, new commercial agreements, change orders and renewals.

Requirements
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and member of the Israeli or New York Bar, in good standing.
Minimum of 3 Years of experience in privacy law and compliance with a strong working knowledge of global privacy requirements including the GDPR and CCPA as well as commercial negotiations; working knowledge of software and SaaS agreements.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
Go-getter and deal-maker: capable of assuming responsibility for a particular matter/deal and pushing it over the finish line.
Strong prioritization, efficiency and organization skills needed to independently handle a high volume of requests.
Willing to tackle matters in and outside areas of expertise with professional enthusiasm.
Strong communication skills and experience working with internal and external customers.
Sound judgment in understanding when to engage attorney supervisors when providing support and communicating with third parties.
High personal standards, including integrity, professionalism and standard of care.
Ability to work, multitask and find solutions in a fast-paced and rapidly-evolving environment.
Great interpersonal skills, and ability to understand and work together with business teams.
