About the role

  • Senior Manager, Sales Operations handling CRM, pipeline reporting, and analytics for Johnson & Johnson. Collaborating with sales leadership to enhance salesforce effectiveness and operational consistency.

Responsibilities

  • Own CRM, opportunity stage accuracy, pipeline reporting, and performance dashboards.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to drive salesforce excellence and productivity improvements.
  • Lead forecasting, demand planning inputs, and pipeline analytics to support S&OP and commercial planning.
  • Manage KPI frameworks, business reviews, and operational routines.
  • Provide insights that shape targeting, segmentation, and resource allocation.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in sales operations, or commercial analytics.
  • Strong CRM/reporting expertise.
  • Analytical and process‑driven, with strong stakeholder communication skills.
