Responsibilities
Provide analytic insight to optimal deployment design and field resourcing
Champion performance metrics and continuous improvement for Deployment Organization
Utilize mapping software to develop new “Go to Market” strategies
Identify opportunities to optimize territory design and field force structure
Train Strategic Deployment Team members on territory design strategy
Lead cross-functional teams toward process improvement capabilities
Manage deployment-related data sources and territory mapping software
Develop policy and governance rules supporting field sales structures
Generate management consumable insight from data sources
Maintain timely resolution of field-based change requests
Develop special projects to improve analytics and field capabilities
Prepare presentations and reports to support sales leadership
Collaborate with customers to understand business factors influencing deployment designs
Summarize and interpret key findings for actionable insights in the field
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
Advanced (MBA) degree preferred
Minimum of six (6) years of business experience required
Analytical experience with large data sources
Ability to assess business impact across different functions
Ability to plan and execute multiple projects concurrently
Attention to detail and follow-up skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel
Strong data mining capability
Experience with common visual-based analytic software technologies (Tableau, Qlik Sense)
Direct experience in field sales force design and/or operation support preferred
Familiarity with medical device terminology preferred
Experience with mapping software preferred
