About the role

  • Balance and Controls Analyst at OnePay ensuring financial transaction reconciliations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing daily reconciliation processes.

Responsibilities

  • Developing reconciliation framework for new products, product enhancements
  • Support the scaling of existing products by automating existing manual reconciliations
  • Serve as reconciliation subject matter expert on cross functional teams in the development and launching of new products
  • Work alongside product finance, product control and banking partners to accurately reflect company income and expenses
  • Manage daily reconciliation across all products and money movement channels and resolve any exceptions within SLA

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in reconciliations, finance, accounting or other closely related role(s).
  • Good understanding of consumer products (checking, lending and cards) a plus
  • High proficiency in MS Excel and SQL a plus
  • An act-like-an-owner mentality. We have a bias toward taking action

  • Experience working with multidisciplinary groups, driving schedule and tasks
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic with demonstrated critical thinking capabilities
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and requests
  • Ability to the help the success of a Remote Working culture by facilitating good communication and documentation across teams
