Responsibilities

  • Conduct consultative sales presentations aligned with the client's pain points and needs;

  • Keep the CRM up to date and perform consistent follow-ups;
  • Continuously reflect on approaches, lessons learned, and opportunities to improve the process;
  • Collaborate with the team by sharing best practices and creatively developing solutions.

Requirements

  • Essential: experience selling services/B2B, preferably in Software/ERP;
  • Affinity for technology, innovation, and a collaborative culture;
  • Strong communication, active listening, and the ability to build rapport with diverse client profiles;
  • Adaptable and resilient profile with analytical thinking;
  • Organized and self-directed, able to manage one’s own schedule and results;
  • High school diploma required (higher education in progress is a plus);
