About the role
- Technical Engineer providing cybersecurity expertise and collaborating with sales teams for Power Grid Cybersecurity solutions. Supporting customers in the transition to secure digital power grids.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales managers to understand customer needs, translate technical requirements and deliver optimal cybersecurity solutions.
- Deliver proof of concepts (PoC) to diverse audiences, including management, IT teams, SOC analysts and OT personnel.
- Act as a trusted advisor for different customer teams, guiding them through the design, implementation and operation of our security solutions.
- Set up, configure and support cybersecurity solutions in IT- and OT- network environments
- Provide on-site customer support, respond to inquiries and conduct training sessions
- Contribute to a collaborative team culture by sharing expertise, supporting colleagues and fostering innovation
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of IT networking, virtualization technologies and core cybersecurity concepts; familiarity with OT protocols is a plus.
- You’re solution-oriented, a clear communicator and bring strong technical expertise.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to the audience and address their needs effectively.
- You work independently and thrive in cross-functional teams, especially in close partnership with our sales team.
- You are self-organized, proactive, team-oriented and enjoy sharing your knowledge.
- You communicate confidently in both German and English.
- You enjoy travelling within Europe (up to 40% travel share)
