Responsibilities
Advise on and supervise overhead line construction projects — in particular during assembly and dismantling work, stringing operations and special projects.
Provide technical support to site and project management for complex assignments during the execution phase.
Prepare and contribute to technical concepts such as crossing protection, stringing/rope-pulling and grounding concepts.
Conduct project/site inspections and develop technical concepts as part of tender processes.
Contribute to innovation projects and plan and organize pilot trials.
Temporarily assume leadership responsibilities, e.g. in the event of short-term absence of construction or project managers.
Requirements
Completed technical qualification (e.g. civil engineering, electrical engineering, construction technology or similar).
Several years of experience in site/project management, ideally in infrastructure, energy or line construction.
Strong technical understanding and excellent advisory skills.
Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style.
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration.
Willingness to travel within Germany and, if required, internationally.
