About the role

Responsibilities
- Advise on and supervise overhead line construction projects — in particular during assembly and dismantling work, stringing operations and special projects.
- Provide technical support to site and project management for complex assignments during the execution phase.
- Prepare and contribute to technical concepts such as crossing protection, stringing/rope-pulling and grounding concepts.
- Conduct project/site inspections and develop technical concepts as part of tender processes.
- Contribute to innovation projects and plan and organize pilot trials.
- Temporarily assume leadership responsibilities, e.g. in the event of short-term absence of construction or project managers.
Requirements
- Completed technical qualification (e.g. civil engineering, electrical engineering, construction technology or similar).
- Several years of experience in site/project management, ideally in infrastructure, energy or line construction.
- Strong technical understanding and excellent advisory skills.
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Willingness to travel within Germany and, if required, internationally.
