Responsibilities
You will contribute to the development, planning and implementation of offshore wind projects (national and international), and to the creation and refinement of logistical concepts for the wind farm.
You will play an active role in executing technical due diligence processes and in evaluating technical concepts and installation methods for offshore wind projects.
You will support the further development of the department, particularly with respect to offshore wind farm development projects.
Your responsibilities will include preparing tender documents, supporting technical contract negotiations for logistics and installation scopes, identifying and coordinating technical interfaces and risks, and assisting with scheduling and client reporting.
In addition to supporting the handling of relevant customs processes and technical contract management, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with permitting and certification requirements (national and international).
You will prepare technical documentation, ensure contractual compliance of technical documents, and support execution activities (offshore installations and commissioning), while also participating in industry working groups and research projects (e.g. WAB).
Requirements
You hold a university degree in engineering, with majors such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related disciplines.
Other relevant fields of study include Nautical Studies, Marine Logistics, Energy and Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management or Supply Chain Management with an appropriate focus.
You have three to five years of project management experience in the renewable energy sector.
You possess basic knowledge of applicable standards and relevant guidance documents and are familiar with the current state of the art.
You enjoy working in a team and apply strong (intercultural) communication and organizational skills.
You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills; Chinese language skills are preferred.
You are characterized by a reliable, structured working style and process-oriented thinking.
A confident, consistently courteous and professionally competent manner is natural for you.
You are willing to travel (domestic and international) and available for offshore assignments, if required.
