Pricing and Analytics Manager leading high-impact analytics team at OLX. Developing pricing strategies and driving data-informed decision-making to optimize business performance.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute pricing strategies like Atomic Pricing, aligned with business objectives in partnership with Business Stakeholders
Collaborate cross-functionally to create pricing proposals and optimize the product pricing mix
Build predictive models to forecast demand, churn, and pricing sensitivity
Lead and manage the high-performing analytics team to solve challenging business cases from customer segmentation to Real estate demand and supply forecasting and to ensure the delivery of high-quality data analysis
Build AI agents based on our datasets to enable quick insights for other business team
Define KPIs and dashboards to track business health, pricing performance, and business trends
Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth or improvement
Identify growth opportunities through segmentation and cohort analysis
Partner with leadership in commercial, product and finance to identify data opportunities and implement recommendations
Work with data engineering teams to oversee data infrastructure, governance, and BI tools to enable self-service analytics
Drive the adoption of data-driven decision making throughout the organization
Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices in analytics and recommend new technologies or processes
Collaborate with the management on short and long term business strategy
Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. sales, product, finance) to understand data needs and provide analytical support
Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and performance excellence
Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
6+ years of experience in analytics, data analysis, or business intelligence roles, including leadership experience
Business Acumen: Proven ability to balance data insights with commercial strategy
Leadership: Experience managing high-performing analytics teams in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in data analytics tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python or R
Experience with BI platforms like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent
Strong understanding of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data mining techniques
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with stakeholders at all levels
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Fluent English.
