About the role
- Werkstudent supporting Lean Construction and scheduling for TGA projects at ROM Technik. Assisting in workshops, planning, and process optimization with a focus on practical insights.
Responsibilities
- Join the ROM Technik team at our Stuttgart location as soon as possible
- Support the introduction, implementation and further development of our "LEAN ROM P4" strategy — Lean management for the planning and execution phases of TGA projects
- Prepare and follow up on workshops and training sessions and assist with moderation — both internally and externally
- Provide committed support for efficient scheduling and schedule control as well as for the execution of construction measures using project management tools: MS Project, visual task management and regular project communication
- Use your academic knowledge to support the continuous improvement process (CIP)
- Visualize process analyses, concepts and construction sequencing/scheduling
Requirements
- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Civil Engineering, Real Estate Management or a related field
- Ideally, you already have practical experience in building services engineering and are familiar with Lean Construction and scheduling
- You are confident using common MS Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Many hands work on our projects — you bring team spirit and a high level of commitment
