Responsibilities
Assist OhioHealth to improve quality, safety and reduce operational risk exposure
Facilitate, influence, plan, consult, educate, reduce barriers and support managers and staff
Partner with multidisciplinary team members across the organization
Identify, plan, and implement process and improvement initiatives
Analyze data for continuous improvement
Provide education to the healthcare team on performance improvement tools and methodologies
Apply knowledge of best practice initiatives regarding quality, safety, regulatory requirements, and risk mitigation strategies
Mentor and develop associates regarding Evidence Based Practice (EBP)
Use change management processes and techniques to engage people
Build awareness of the need for change and help people effect the needed change
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (Required)
