Responsibilities
- Assist OhioHealth to improve quality, safety and reduce operational risk exposure
- Facilitate, influence, plan, consult, educate, reduce barriers and support managers and staff
- Partner with multidisciplinary team members across the organization
- Identify, plan, and implement process and improvement initiatives
- Analyze data for continuous improvement
- Provide education to the healthcare team on performance improvement tools and methodologies
- Apply knowledge of best practice initiatives regarding quality, safety, regulatory requirements, and risk mitigation strategies
- Mentor and develop associates regarding Evidence Based Practice (EBP)
- Use change management processes and techniques to engage people
- Build awareness of the need for change and help people effect the needed change

- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association
- RN-BC - Registered Nurse Board Certified - Ohio Board of Nursing
- Experience working with interprofessional teams or complex groups
- Use of a range of quality improvement tools and techniques
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Products
